CM Punjab Hands Over Free Flats to Labourers, Widows and Differently-abled Persons| Housing Welfare
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz announced that the provincial government would provide free land to citizens who do not own property as part of its housing welfare initiatives.
Addressing a ceremony in Lahore for the distribution of residential flats among labourers, the chief minister congratulated workers who received housing units and said owning a home was one of life’s greatest blessings.
She acknowledged that rising inflation and economic pressures had made house construction increasingly difficult for ordinary citizens.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz distributed 720 flats to industrial workers under a major welfare initiative aimed at improving workers’ living standards. The Government of Punjab continues to focus on affordable housing, labour welfare, and better facilities for hardworking families across the province.
This initiative reflects the Punjab Government’s commitment to providing safe and modern housing opportunities for industrial workers and low-income families.
