Assalam-o-Alaikum,
Dear Director/Principal,
I am directed to inform you that Khyber Medical University has received an official communication from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) regarding the provision of updated alumni data for official academic and regulatory purposes.
In compliance with this requirement, KMU is developing a centralized and comprehensive Alumni Database. To ensure accurate and directly verified information, the University has created an official Alumni Registration Form through Google Forms.
In this regard, you are kindly requested to circulate the below-mentioned Google Form link to all students of your institute who have graduated and have been awarded their degrees. You are further requested to formally communicate to them that they must complete and submit the form within seven (07) days of receiving the intimation.

Your office may utilize the existing records and contact database of your institute to reach out to all concerned graduated students via email or official communication channels to ensure maximum response and compliance within the stipulated timeline.
Please note that the information collected through this form will strictly be used for official academic, regulatory, and institutional purposes only, particularly in response to HEC’s data requirement. The data will not be used for any unrelated or commercial purpose.
