Health Education And Development, (HEAD) Trust was incorporated in Karachi SITE Town Kaachi Abbadi (Slum Area) Qasba Orangi in Nov, 2002 with a mission of providing integrated services in the entire spectrum of development for uplifting quality of life or living standard of the poor masses and poverty eradication. HEAD is a volunteer and non-profit making organization. It is registered under Full
Trust Act, Government of Sindh under Registration No. DDT-750 Trust Act. In order to fulfill the role identified for itself by HEAD, a multidisciplinary team of social scientists, Educationists, Engineers, and human settlement planners has been created. The point of departure of HEAD lies in its multidisciplinary professional resource base and a holistic/integrated approach in the preparation and implementation of projects.
