We are dedicated to ensuring quality, inclusive, and equitable Education for all children across Sindh. It is heart wrenching to see the blemished state of education, and witness the futures of many getting lost in the wilderness of ignorance and deprivation. The mission to provide education to all seems to have been forgotten or not paid heed to. Education remains inaccessible or highly substanda

rd – in either case it is disagreeably an unrecoverable loss! In view of the tarnished state of education in Sindh, establishment of Reform Support Unit was conceptualized as a means to build the institutional capability of the Department of Education. The very rationale of it is to streamline existing edifice of education delivery and provide policy inputs for future advancement of educational growth, both in terms of access and quality. The institutional structure of RSU rests on three wings: Policy Wing; Monitoring & Evaluation Wing and Education Management Information System Wing. The Policy wing aims to provide inputs for policy formulation and develop institutional memory of the department. The Monitoring & Evaluation wing is to report mechanisms as well as evaluate different interventions of Education Department. The RSU is also envisioned as a forum to provide a platform for donor coordination to synchronize different donor resources and efforts for a common vision of educational excellence.
