🌡️ HEATWAVE ADVISORY FOR HAJJ PILGRIMS 🕋

As temperatures during Hajj may exceed 40°C, heat-related emergencies can become life-threatening within minutes. Rescue 1122 (Sindh) urges all pilgrims to remain alert, hydrated, and protected during outdoor rituals and travel movements.

✅ Drink plenty of water & ORS
✅ Use umbrellas and light breathable clothing
✅ Avoid direct sunlight during peak hours (10 AM – 5 PM)
✅ Take rest in shaded or air-conditioned areas
✅ Immediately seek medical help in case of dizziness, confusion, cramps, or unconsciousness

Special care should be taken for elderly pilgrims, children, and individuals with heart disease or diabetes.

Your safety is your responsibility — plan wisely, stay cool, and perform Hajj safely.
