Successful Mutual Fund Distributor Certification Training Session with Standard Chartered 🎓

We are pleased to share that a training session on the Mutual Fund Distributor Certification was successfully conducted in collaboration with Standard Chartered Bank.

The session was led by Mr. Faizan Saleem, a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in Shariah-compliant and conventional fund management. Currently serving as the Head of Shariah Compliant Income Portfolios and a member of the Investment Committee at Al Meezan Investments. His expertise includes Islamic finance, investment advisory, and portfolio management, with prior leadership roles at HBL Asset Management and ABL Asset Management.

The Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan (IFMP) is offering a specialized training program on "Customer Due Diligence and Reporting Requirements under the AML Act 2010 (CDD-IFMP)." In line with SECP's vision to enhance regulatory knowledge, this training will focus on KYC requirements and help participants understand the reporting processes for Suspicious transaction reports (STR) and Currency transaction reports (CTR).
