Sadaffe Abid is a trailblazing social entrepreneur, educator, and board member working at the intersection of gender, technology, and financial inclusion. Having started her journey at Kashf Foundation, Sadaffe helped scale it from a two-room operation to one of Pakistan’s most influential microfinance institutions, disbursing over $200 million to 300,000+ women. Today, her work at CIRCLE includes flagship initiatives like , Digital Literacy for Rural Women, and a WhatsApp-based learning chatbot, driving change even in underserved regions.
Her advocacy doesn’t stop there—Sadaffe has served as an INSEAD Social Entrepreneur-in-Residence, board member of Hugo Bank and PMN, and delivered corporate diversity and leadership programs for global companies like Unilever, Mastercard, PwC, and Engro.
