Our national network of incubators nurtures startups, while our tech innovation grants are offered to innovate deep tech projects and startups, National Grassroots ICT Research Initiative funds FYPs of ICT graduates. Digiskills program is for capacity building of freelancers.

Pakistan has emerged as the 4th fastest-growing startup ecosystem in Asia-Pacific in 2026, recording an impressive 62.2% annual ecosystem growth, according to StartupBlink’s Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2026.

As Pakistan’s Ignite - National Technology Fund under the Ministry Of IT & Telecom (MoITT), has been contributing to this momentum by building the foundations that help innovation and entrepreneurship thrive.

Through its nationwide network of National Incubation Centers (NICs), Ignite provides startups with incubation, mentorship, industry linkages, investor access and opportunities to scale. Complementing this ecosystem are initiatives in digital skills, emerging technologies, gaming & animation, AI, robotics and applied innovation—helping strengthen Pakistan’s technology talent and entrepreneurial pipeline.
