The PMER department of PRCS organized a 2-days workshop to roll out revised reporting templates and the PMER Policy and Framework where all the NHQ Programs, representatives from Provincial branches, and Movement Partners were present.

Pakistan Red Crescent Society has developed its PMER Policy & Conceptual Framework and successfully rolled it out in a consultative workshop engaging PRCS branches, its core programs and Movement Partners. In addition, a detailed review of its Standard Reporting System and tools was also conducted. Based on the feedback and inputs, the SRS will be revised and implemented in 2020.

To assess the capacity and performance of PRCS an OCAC workshop was conducted and PRCS PMER Unit facilitated the event. The Self Assessment exercise will help PRCS to determine the best approaches for its development and sustainability.

An ICRC Supported 3-Day Training Workshop was arranged and facilitated by PMER Unit of PRCS here at Best Western Hotel, Islamabad from 03-05 December, 2014. A pool of PMER facilitators from the RCRC Movement facilitated the event. Participants from all the Provincial branches participated in the Workshop.
