3.To prepare plans, establish and maintain residential colonies for its members.
4.To construct, manage and maintain works, services and other in

stitutions of various kinds for the benefit and convenience of members residing in the colonies.
5.To work as an agent of members for the purpose of preparing plans, designing houses, buildings and parks.
6.To construct buildings for commercial use and for public welfare.
7.To lay down rules and regulations for proper use and maintenance of all buildings, roads and other facilities within the limits of the colony.
8.To do generally, all such things as may be useful or expedient to carry out one or all objectives of the Society.
9.To adopt measures designed to encourage the spirit of cooperation and friendship among members.

عیدالاضحیٰ کے موقع پر سیکٹر ایف 17 ٹیلی گارڈن اسلام آباد میں صفائی ستھرائی اور قربانی کے جانوروں کی آلائشوں کو بروقت اور بہترین انداز میں ٹھکانے لگانے والی تمام سینٹری ورکرز ٹیم کو دل کی گہرائیوں سے خراجِ تحسین پیش کرتے ہیں۔

اس اسٹاف نے شدید گرمی کے باوجود اپنی ذمہ داریوں کو نہایت محنت، دیانت اور بہترین انداز میں نبھایا، جس کی وجہ سے پورا سیکٹر صاف ستھرا اور خوبصورت نظر آیا۔

On the occasion of Eid ul Adha, the management of MPCHS Multi Gardens B-17 formed a dedicated cleanliness and waste disposal team to ensure proper sanitation and timely disposal of sacrificial waste throughout the sector.

The purpose of this organized operation was to maintain cleanliness, provide a hygienic environment, and ensure the safe disposal of sacrificial remains and garbage during the Eid holidays.

Team members remained active in different blocks, collecting waste and sacrificial remains from homes and designated collection points, and transporting them to approved disposal areas so that residents would not face any inconvenience.

The management appreciates the hard work, dedication, and continuous efforts of all staff members who worked day and night during Eid ul Adha to keep Multi Gardens B-17 clean, beautiful, and environmentally friendly.

All residents are also requested to cooperate with the management by following cleanliness guidelines and helping maintain a neat and healthy environment
