Message on International Rural Women’s Day
By Incharge / Psychologist Women Complaint Cell (District Jamshoro)
Today, on the occasion of International Rural Women’s Day, I had the honour of being invited as a guest speaker on *Subh-e-Mehran* at Mehran TV.
This day holds great importance as it brings attention to the invaluable contributions of rural women as *farmers, caregivers, entrepreneurs, educators, and change-makers* and highlights the unique challenges they face,
In my role as I witness firsthand the strength and resilience of rural women in the face of adversity many continue to struggle with limited access to *healthcare, education, legal protection, and economic opportunities* Yet, their spirit remains unshaken during the program we discussed the psychological and social challenges that rural women face, especially in remote areas and the critical role of *mental health support, awareness, and community empowerment*

ایک دن آئے گا جب آپ کی پوسٹ ختم ہو جائے گی،
آپ کا عہدہ، آپ کا رینک، آپ کا ٹائیٹل سب مٹ جائیں گے
نہ کسی کو یاد رہے گا کہ آپ کی تنخواہ کتنی تھی،
نہ یہ کہ آپ کتنے میٹنگز میں تالیوں کے حقدار تھے
لیکن جو چیز ہمیشہ یاد رکھی جائے گی…
وہ ہے آپ نے لوگوں سے کیسا سلوک کیا؟
یہ نرم مزاجی، یہ برداشت،یہی آپ کی اصل طاقت ہے
دنیا میں ہزاروں لوگ “قابل” ہوتے ہیں،
لیکن بہت کم لوگ “قابلِ یاد” بنتے ہیں
پیغام:
دنیا کا سب سے طاقتور انسان وہ ہے جو تکلیف میں بھی دوسروں کو سکون دے,جو چیخ سکتا ہے، مگر مسکرا کر بات کرتا ہے
