Insaf Lawyers Forum (ILF), Hazara Division strongly condemns the alleged violation and non-implementation of the clear order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan regarding the shifting of Chairman Imran Khan to Shifa International Hospital for necessary medical treatment.
The Supreme Court’s orders are binding on all state institutions and authorities. Any deliberate delay, obstruction, or refusal to implement such an order is not merely an administrative lapse; it raises serious questions regarding constitutional supremacy, the rule of law, and the independence and dignity of the judiciary.
ILF Hazara Division believes that court orders cannot be treated as optional or subject to the convenience of the executive. When the highest court of the country issues a clear direction concerning the health and treatment of a citizen, particularly a former Prime Minister, its implementation must be ensured promptly, transparently, and in letter and spirit.
We therefore demand that the concerned authorities immediately comply with the Supreme Court’s order and ensure that Imran Khan receives the medical treatment directed by the Court, without any unnecessary delay or obstruction.
ILF Hazara Division stands firmly for the supremacy of the Constitution, rule of law, judicial independence and respect for the orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan.
