Protests continue for the release of the leaders of the Awami Action Committee.
Participants at the RCP party congress in Austria raised demands for the release of Chairman Ehsan Ali and other arrested leaders of the Gilgit-Baltistan Awami Action Committee. If the leaders of AAC-GB are not released, protests will be held across Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, and around the world. Last year, due to worldwide protests, the government had to release our comrades.
Rallies held on Youm-e-Quds around Gilgit-Baltistan, raised the demands for the release of the Action Committee’s leaders. The wave of protests that has begun will continue to intensify until the prisoners are released.
