Every Wednesday morning is dedicated for Revenue Court work in Tehsil City. Parties/arguments are heard at length to ensure JUST and speedy disposal of cases. Cases pending for a longer duration have been taken up and are being heard twice a week in the best interest of public.

In preparation of World Polio Day, AC City Sahibzada Muhammad Yousaf participated in a polio awareness seminar held with Pashtun students of GCUF. Since polio cases have risen in former-FATA regions this year, the capable students of GCUF have been engaged for dissemination of information in their local communities regarding eradication of polio. The initiative undertaken is in collaboration with GCUF, DHMT, District Administration & COMNet. Community engagement is key in this movement for a polio free Pakistan.

As per directions of worthy Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner City along with DO Industries and OGRA teams inspected various petrol pumps in Faisalabad City to check quality of fuel. Low quality fuel is the major cause of smog/pollution and strict action will be taken against petrol pumps selling sub-standard fuel after testing. Quantity of petrol being sold against notified rates was also checked and no discrepancy found.

AC City Sahibzada Muhammad Yousaf conducted bi-weekly TERC of Tehsil City along with DDHO HQ, Town Incharges, Entomologists and Reps of Allied Departments. All UCs from where patients have been te**es positive for dengue are being sweeped. Each and every door is being visited to ensure dengue SOPs are being followed. Fogging and spraying is also being done in high risk UCs. Health teams are working vigilantly day and night to ensure risk of dengue is minimized.

AC City Sahibzada Muhammad Yousaf conducted a surprise visit of THQ General Hospital Samanabad. Presence of doctors and nursing staff was checked along with availability of medicine. General cleanliness was also checked. MS Dr. Shahbaz gave a briefing in regards to issues faced by the Hospital which will be taken up in next Health Council meeting to ensure that best facilities/services are provided to the public.
