گزشتہ روز چولستان انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف بزنس ایڈمنسٹریشن (IBA) کے طلباء نے ایشیا گھی مل کا ایک تعلیمی صنعتی دورہ کیا۔

اس دورے نے طالب علموں کو علاقے کی گھی مینوفیکچرنگ کے عمل کے بارے میں بصیرت حاصل کرنے کا ایک منفرد موقع فراہم کیا۔ فیکلٹی ممبران کے ساتھ، طلباء کو پیداوار کی پیچیدگیوں، کوالٹی کنٹرول کے اقدامات، اور بڑے پیمانے پر صنعتی ادارے کے مجموعی انتظام سے آگاہی حاصل ہوئی۔

چولستان IBA کے آفیسر انچارج ڈاکٹر صالح نواز خان نے کہا، "ہم نے اس صنعتی دورے کا انعقاد طلباء کو کاروباری تصورات کی حقیقی دنیا کے اطلاق کی ایک جھلک پیش کرنے کے لیے کیا۔" "ASIA Ghee Mill کا دورہ کرنے سے ہمارے طلباء کو نظریاتی علم کے ساتھ عملی کاموں کا مشاہدہ کرنے کا موقع ملا، جس سے صنعتی حرکیات کے بارے میں ان کی سمجھ میں اضافہ ہوا۔"

اس ٹور میں مختلف پروڈکشن یونٹس کے رہنمائی واک تھرو، صنعت کے پیشہ ور افراد کے ساتھ انٹرایکٹو سیشنز، اور سپلائی چین مینجمنٹ سے لے کر پائیداری کے طریقوں تک کے موضوعات پر دلچسپ بات چیت شامل تھی۔ طلباء کو تجربہ کار پیشہ ور افراد کے ساتھ بات چیت کرنے کا موقع ملا، کیریئر کے راستوں اور صنعت کے رجحانات کے بارے میں قیمتی بصیرت حاصل کی۔

"یہ صنعتی دورہ طالب علم کے طور پر ہمارے لیے سیکھنے کا ایک قیمتی تجربہ تھا،" شیر محمد، ایک شریک نے کہا۔ "آپریشنز کو قریب سے دیکھنے اور صنعت کے ماہرین کے ساتھ بات کرنے سے کاروباری منظر نامے پر ہمارے نقطہ نظر کو وسیع کیا گیا ہے، اور یہ وہ چیز ہے جسے ہم اپنی مستقبل کی کوششوں میں اپنے ساتھ رکھیں گے-

ایشیا گھی مل کے دورے نے نظریاتی تعلیم کے ساتھ ساتھ عملی نمائش کی اہمیت پر زور دیا۔ اکیڈمی اور صنعت کے درمیان فرق کو ختم کرکے، اس طرح کے اقدامات طلباء کو باخبر کیریئر کے انتخاب کرنے اور اپنے منتخب کردہ شعبوں میں سبقت حاصل کرنے کے لیے بااختیار بناتے ہیں۔

وائس چانسلر (سی یو وی اے ایس) پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد مظہر ایاز نے کامیاب صنعتی دورے پر مبارکباد پیش کی اور کہا کہ آئندہ بھی یونیورسٹی میں اس طرح کے صنعتی دورے کروائے جائیں گے۔

The Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Mazhar Ayaz SB, has been instrumental in encouraging students to explore entrepreneurship as a viable solution to uplift the country's economy.
