World Teachers’ Day is Internationally celebrated on 5 October to rejoice all teachers around the globe. It is a day to celebrate how teacher’s community is transforming education and skills among their students to develop their talent and critical thinking to prepare them for the profession.
The Department of Information Management, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur organized the event and celebrated this day on Wednesday, 5 October, 2022. The students of the department brought flowers and cake for the faculty members. They distributed “Happy Teacher’s Day Cards” among the faculty members. At the event, Dean Faculty of Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Rubina Bhatti in her address highlighted that the students are the reflections of their teachers and they have their important role and responsibilities in the society.
