28 May 2026 // EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE

BFP-Piñan, headed by SFO3 Elmar M. Pagente, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, responded to a medical case at Brgy. Villarico, Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte.

The patient was safely placed inside the BFP ambulance and positioned supine with the head slightly elevated. Reassurance was given, and the patient was instructed to remain calm. Continuous monitoring of blood pressure was maintained during transport.

The patient was subsequently transferred and endorsed to Piñan District Hospital for further treatment.

24 May 2026 // EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE (VEHICULAR ACCIDENT)

BFP-Piñan, headed by SFO3 Elmar M. Pagente, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, responded to a vehicular accident at Brgy. Poblacion North, Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte.

Upon arrival, Shift A EMS personnel secured the scene and observed proper BSI precautions. The patient was found conscious and lying on the roadway. Assessment revealed a laceration on the back of the head, with a GCS rating of 15.

First aid was immediately provided by applying neck support and a bandage to control the bleeding. The patient was then transferred and endorsed to Piñan District Hospital for further treatment.
