SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "KRISTINE" {TRAMI} was estimated based on all available data at 275 km East Northeast of Virac Catanduanes or 400 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte (14.1Β°N, 126.7Β°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h.

FORECAST:
Dinagat Islands and Surigao del Norte will have rains and gusty winds due to TS Kristine. Meanwhile, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, BARMM, and SOCCSKSARGEN will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of TS Kristine. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. Rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Trough of TS Kristine. Moderate to strong winds from west to southwest with moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 4.0 meters).

SYNOPSIS: Northeasterly Surface Windflow affecting extreme Northern Luzon. Localized Thunderstorms affecting Mindanao.

FORECAST:
Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorm. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from southwest to northwest with slight to moderate seas.
