CALL FOR APPLICATIONS | BPMSP SCHOLARSHIP AY 2026–2027
The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) invites qualified incoming FIRST-YEAR COLLEGE students to apply for the Bagong Pilipinas Merit Scholarship Program (BPMSP) for Academic Year 2026–2027.
Applicants must be among the Top 5 of the graduating class or have a minimum General Weighted Average (GWA) of 95% (or equivalent) in Senior High School, have not earned any college units or degree, belong to families with a combined annual gross income not exceeding ₱2,000,000, and must be enrolled in CHED-identified priority programs.
📌 Documentary Requirements include:
• Accomplished online application form
• PSA Birth Certificate • Certified True Copy of SF9 (Form 138)
• Certificate of Top 5 ranking (if applicable)
• Proof of income (BIR, 4Ps certification, ITR/2316, or OFW/Seafarer contract) • Proof of admission to a college/university program
• Parent/Guardian Consent Form (if applicable)
• Additional documents for Special Equity Groups (if applicable)
Qualified scholars may receive up to ₱90,000 per year (private HEIs) or ₱45,000 per year stipend (SUCs/LUCs), plus incentives for top regional scholars.
