With hearts full of gratitude, we thank Allah for allowing us to successfully conduct this blessed event during the holy month of Ramadhan. It was truly a beautiful gathering where we shared not only food for iftar, but also faith, unity, and unity as one Ummah. May all our efforts, sacrifices, and sincere intentions be accepted by Allah, and may He reward every good deed done for His sake.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to our respected lecturers who generously shared their knowledge and wisdom about Islam. Your words reminded us of the true meaning of Ramadhan—patience, mercy, forgiveness, and devotion to Allah. Your guidance strengthened our faith and inspired everyone who attended.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to our SK Officials, KK Officials, SK Staff, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this event possible. We are humbly informing our beloved Muslim brothers and sisters that we will be holding our 3rd Grand Iftar and Ramadhan Symposium, a special gathering during this blessed month of Ramadhan the month of sacrifice, patience, mercy, and forgiveness.

This meaningful event aims to bring our community together to break our fast as one Ummah, strengthen the bond of brotherhood and sisterhood, and reflect on the true essence and teachings of Islam. It is a time for unity, gratitude, and remembrance of Allah (SWT), where we share blessings, kindness, and compassion with one another.

The Grand Iftar is not only a moment to share food but also an opportunity to deepen our faith through an inspiring Islamic Symposium. Our invited speakers will share valuable reminders and knowledge that can guide us in our daily lives as Muslims.

YOUTH CITY OFFICIALS 2025 | Interested in local governance? Curious about how government officials work behind the scenes? We’ve got you covered!

As part of this year’s Linggo ng Kabataan celebration, the Sangguniang Kabataan Zamboanga City Federation, under the leadership of SK National President CJ Dalipe, is officially opening applications for the 2025 Youth City Officials Program!

This one-of-a-kind opportunity is designed to give youth leaders aged 13-17 a firsthand experience of what it’s like to serve in public office.

The application period is from July 11-16, 2025. You may submit your application at the SK Zamboanga City Federation Office or through email [email protected]

Application requirements:

* Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate
* Barangay Residency Certification
* Government-issued ID
* Recommendation Letter from your Barangay SK Chairperson
