The Ama sin Bangsasug Hon. Vice Governor Abdusakur M. Tan did not wait for reports to reach his desk—he went directly to Zamboanga City from Sulu to personally check on the victims of the tragic sinking of M/V Trisha Kerstin 3. Not out of obligation, but out of love and responsibility.

This is the heart of a father to his people—a leader who treats his people as family, who feels their sorrow, and who stands with them when it matters most. His presence alone brought comfort, reassurance, and hope to those affected by the tragedy.
