Lunes Vibes: Mga Panalo, Pag-unlad at Bagong Simula ⭐
A meaningful Monday at AVRC III! 🇵🇭✨
This week’s Flag Ceremony, hosted by the Social Adjustment Section (SAS), was a celebration of growth, achievement, wellness, and new beginnings among our clients.
🏅 Celebrating Positive Growth
Selected clients were recognized for their good personalities, positive behaviors, and commendable performance during their stay at AVRC III—highlighting that rehabilitation is not only about developing skills, but also building confidence, discipline, and positive character.
🌱 Moving to the Next Phase
Clients who are advancing to the next phase of their rehabilitation journey, Vocational Rehabilitation Services, were also recognized for their progress and readiness to take on new challenges.
🎓 26 Clients, One Step Closer to OJT
We also celebrate the journey of 26 clients who are set to proceed to On-the-Job Training (OJT) this month, following their Skills Assessment through the Vocational Training Services (VTS). This milestone brings them closer to applying their acquired skills in actual work environments and taking another meaningful step toward independence. 💪✨
💙 Taking Care of Mental Well-Being
Resident Psychologist Ms. Lady Lois Cabatingan, through the Psychological Services, shared reminders on stress management and emotional well-being, reassuring staff and clients that support and assistance are always available whenever needed.
☔ Health and Safety Amid Changing Weather
Center Nurse Ms. Marilou Pepito, through the Medical Services, reminded everyone to take extra precautions due to the expected weather conditions this week and to seek appropriate health services whenever necessary.
🛡️ TCS Hour: Strengthening Safety and Quality Service
During the Training Center Superintendent (TCS) Hour, the Center Head issued important directives to the Administrative Services to strengthen and heighten security measures following the recent incident in the locality. All concerned were reminded to maintain orderliness and cleanliness and, most importantly, to ensure the welfare and safety of all clients and staff within the CRCF compound.
All staff were likewise reminded to be responsive and extend their services whenever needed, while consistently upholding 100% quality in the delivery of services.
At AVRC III, every Monday is an opportunity to recognize achievements, strengthen our commitment to rehabilitation, and remind ourselves that quality service begins with a safe, caring, and supportive environment.
Together, we celebrate progress. Together, we stay safe. Together, we serve with excellence. 💙
