Shift A Morning Routine

The promotion of physical and mental aalertness in performing our mandated tasks as an agency that responds to all destructive fires, as well as natural or human induced disasters and other related emergencies, commands it's personnel to maintain cleanliness within station premises and exercise regularly to guarantee operational readiness.
To wit, duty personnel are expected to perform the following:

a.) Morning Prayer
b.) Physical Body Conditioning/Reveille
c.) Area Polishing
d.) Cleaning and check-up of Firetruck
e.) Skills Enhancement

In the event of loss of live video coverage, kindly allow us to fix our technical glitches which is usually due to poor internet connection.

📸 IN PHOTOS: The Quiniput Fire Sub-Station, headed by SFO2 Disilrose M. Dislag, Acting Sub-Station Commander, Quiniput FSS, together with Shift A personnel, immediately attended to a walk-in patient at Sitio Ontong, Barangay Quiniput, Zamboanga City.

A walk-in patient arrived at the station seeking medical attention. Upon assessment, the patient was found to be conscious and coherent, with an initial assessment revealing a lacerated wound on the left lower leg.

First aid was provided, which included cleansing the wound, applying povidone-iodine (Betadine), and covering the affected area with a sterile dressing to help prevent infection.

Health teaching was also provided regarding proper wound care. The patient was advised to seek further medical evaluation and tetanus toxoid vaccination at the nearest medical facility.
The patient was assisted to his private motorcycle and subsequently left the station.
