If, upon verification, a pet is found not to meet the requirements, the registration will be automatically cancelled, and the slot will also be made available to another qualified pet owner.

Once the registration reaches 150 participants for dogs and 150 participants for cats, the Google Form will be automatically closed. For those who successfully registered, please proceed to the Office of the City Veterinarian at San Roque, Malasiga Road to claim your registration stub.

โš ๏ธ IMPORTANT: Claming of stub is until August 14, 2026 (Friday at 5:00pm only) those who fail to claim their stub their registration will be automatically cancelled, and their slot will be opened again for other pet owners.

To our concerned pet owners: Please note that your previous pre-registration (low-cost spay and castration) with our office does not automatically count as registration for this activity, as this is a special veterinary mission conducted in partnership with other organizations. We truly understand that many of you have been patiently waiting for another opportunity to have your pets spayed or castrated. Rest assured, once another spay and castration activity becomes available, we will do our best to inform and accommodate you again.
