In line with the recent incident during the PYAP activity, the event was successfully conducted with the active participation of PYAP delegates from the different barangays under the Vitali District. The various activities were carried out smoothly, and the delegates enthusiastically participated throughout the program. The closing ceremony also concluded successfully, during which the winners of the different competitions were officially proclaimed and recognized.

However, while the winners were celebrating their victories and the participants were enjoying the culmination of the event, an unexpected incident occurred. Several participants suddenly collapsed one after another while screaming, causing panic and confusion among the delegates and organizers.

Their fellow participants immediately attempted to calm and assist them; however, more individuals began exhibiting the same behavior, resulting in heightened alarm at the venue.
In response, the organizers, together with the assigned personnel and emergency responders, immediately provided the necessary assistance to the affected participants, ensured the safety of everyone present, and coordinated the appropriate interventions to manage the situation and prevent further escalation.

We sincerely apologize to all those who were affected by this unfortunate incident and for the distress and inconvenience it may have caused. While every effort was made to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants throughout the activity, the incident was unforeseen and beyond the control of the organizers. We remain committed to reviewing the circumstances surrounding the incident and strengthening our safety measures to help prevent similar occurrences in future activities.
