May 28, 2026| WE CONTINUE TO SUPPORT OUR HEALTH SECTOR AS VICE-CHAIRPERSON ON HEALTH BY PROVIDING FREE MEDICINES TO OUR INDIGENT CONSTITUENTS OF BARANGAY ZAMBOWOOD.

Health is one of our top priorities, and through our consistent support for our Health Center, we continue to provide free medicines to our indigent constituents of Barangay Zambowood.

Present during the turnover were our dedicated Midwife Jennifer Malicay Diaz, together with our hardworking personnel in the health sector, Norman “Kuya Norman” Costudio, and our committed JDCares Volunteers.

This initiative was spearheaded by Kagawad Jann Jann Calma as part of his continuous commitment to serve and promote the welfare of the community through accessible healthcare assistance.

May 27,2026| 𝗔𝘀 𝗢𝗜𝗖 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆, 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗮 continues to faithfully uphold and support the mandate of our City Mayor, Khymer Olaso, regarding the implementation of the Citywide Curfew.

This initiative aims to prioritize the safety, welfare, and protection of our constituents — especially our minors — by ensuring peace, order, and discipline within our community.

In partnership with our hardworking Barangay Tanods and the dedicated personnel of Police Station 5, we remain committed in strengthening public safety and maintaining a secure environment for everyone.

MAY 14, 2026| Proposed Barangay Ordinance Institutionalizing the Burial Assistance Program for Indigent Senior Citizens, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Solo Parents, and Families of Barangay Zambowood.

Kagawad Jann Jann Calma Principal Author of the Proposed Barangay Ordinance Institutionalizing Burial Assistance Program — a proposed ordinance that aims to provide assistance to indigent residents during times of bereavement and financial difficulty. If approved, this will become the second ordinance of our Barangay Council and will serve as a meaningful support system for families in need through the collective effort of the Barangay Council.

This proposed ordinance was co-authored by Hon. Richard Pajarito, Hon. Maribeth Pillora, Hon. Wendy Mepranum, and Hon. Milagros Acaylar. We sincerely pray for its approval for the welfare of our constituents.

TULAY COMMUNITY PROGRAM YEAR 8 | “Operation Shoebox: Balik Eskwela 2026” 💚

Education becomes more meaningful when a community comes together to help a child dream bigger.

This year, our goal is to bring smiles and hope to 200 indigent pupils of Zambowood Elementary School through our simple Balik Eskwela initiative. 📚✏️

And this time, we are NOT asking for financial donations.
Instead, we are encouraging everyone to:

✅ Get a shoebox ( You Can Message for those interested to be part and we are willing to deliver the Shoebox to you )
✅ Fill it with school supplies
✅ Personally hand it over to your chosen beneficiary pupil

You may include notebooks, pencils, crayons, pad papers, bags, slippers, hygiene kits, or any school essentials that can help a child prepare for the new school year.

This is more than just giving school supplies — it is about creating a personal connection, sharing kindness, and letting every child feel remembered and valued by the community. 💚

We invite all our good-hearted residents, friends, and supporters to be part of this meaningful cause. Together, let us make Balik Eskwela 2026 extra special for our young learners.

We are excited to officially launch the Summer Learn to Play Program for ages 17 and below, happening every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
