**PROCUREMENT OF SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP) COMMODITIES**

**Magsaysay Elementary School**, through the **Manicahan District Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)**, invites all interested and eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement of **School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Commodities** for School Year 2026β2027.

# # # π IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Interested bidders are reminded to:
β’ Strictly follow the prescribed **unit of measure, specifications, and quantities** indicated in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
β’ Ensure that all products offered are **brand new, of good quality, and compliant with the required specifications**.
β’ Be prepared to provide **flexible deliveries** based on the school's delivery schedule and available storage capacity.
β’ Note that **payment shall be made on a staggered basis**.
β’ Submit all required documents and bids within the prescribed deadline. **Late submissions will not be accepted.**

Prospective bidders shall submit their bids in **two (2) separately sealed and properly labeled envelopes**:
**ENVELOPE 1 β TECHNICAL & ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS**
* PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration (Platinum Membership)
* Valid Mayorβs/Business Permit
* Tax Clearance Certificate
* Business Tax Return
* Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement
**ENVELOPE 2 β FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS**
* Accomplished Request for Quotation (RFQ)
π± The **Request for Quotation (RFQ)** may be downloaded through the **QR Code provided in the official posting**. Interested suppliers are requested to accomplish the RFQ and submit it together with their financial proposal in accordance with the prescribed two-envelope system.

**Time:** 1:00 P.M.
**Venue:** Manicahan District Office, Manicahan Central School, Manicahan Zamboanhga City
The opening of bids shall be conducted in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives who choose to attend.

The **Manicahan District Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)** reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any formality therein, annul the procurement process, or declare a failure of bidding at any time prior to the award of contract, in accordance with the provisions of **Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)**, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
