03 SEPTEMBER 2026 || SKILLS ENHANCEMENT DAY

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and under the direct supervision of FCINSP MARC ALLAN C CONSUEGRA, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, BFP-Camarines Norte, Vinzons Fire Station duty personnel, headed by SFO3 Ma Teresa E Ibale, Officer-In-Charge, conducted a Skills Enhancement in connection with Seven (7) Modes of Daily Activities. Duty personnel performed Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) familiarization. Each personnel must be knowledgeable and confident in handling firefighting equipment and apparatus for ease of use during emergency operations.

Investing time in training, practical exercises, equipment familiarization, and professional development ensures that responders are capable, confident, and ready to protect lives, properties, and communities during emergencies.

JUST IN || NATIONAL SIMULTANEOUS SCHOOL SAFETY DRILL FOR ACTIVE ATTACK

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and under the direct supervision of FCINSP MARC ALLAN C CONSUEGRA, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, BFP-Camarines Norte, Vinzons Fire Station personnel, headed by SFO3 Ma Teresa E Ibale, Officer-In-Charge, in collaboration with Vinzons Municipal Police Station, MDRRMO-Vinzons, School Faculty, and students participated in the National Simultaneous School Safety Drill for Active Attack. The activity was held at Vinzons Pilot Elementary School, Sta. Veronica St., Brgy. Poblacion I, Vinzons, Camarines Norte.

This activity was conducted in support of the Department of Education’s (DepEd) initiative and commitment towards ensuring safe, secure, and resilient learning environments, and in response to the increasing occurrence of active shooting and other active attack incidents affecting schools and communities, which focuses on strengthening school preparedness through preventive planning, capacity building, and emergency response measures.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and under the direct supervision of FCINSP MARC ALLAN C CONSUEGRA, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, BFP-Camarines Norte, Vinzons Fire Station personnel, headed by SFO3 Ma Teresa E Ibale, Officer-In-Charge, conducted fire truck maintenance and inspected PPE, tools, and equipment.

This activity was conducted as part of the Seven (7) Modes of Daily Activities to ensure that operational assets are well-maintained for their operability and efficiency and are always ready for use in emergency operations.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and under the direct supervision of FCINSP MARC ALLAN C CONSUEGRA, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, BFP-Camarines Norte, Vinzons Fire Station personnel, headed by SFO3 Ma Teresa E Ibale, Officer-In-Charge, conducted a Water Rationing Activity at the Commission on Audit (COA), Purok 4, Sitio Mat-i, Barangay Sto. Domingo, Camarines Norte.

This initiative aims to provide much-needed water to affected residents and demonstrate the Bureau of Fire Protection’s continuing commitment to public service, community support, and humanitarian assistance, especially during times of need.
