Please be informed that the Provincial Caravan scheduled on September 14–19, 2026, at Virac, Catanduanes, is CANCELLED!

Instead, a Per OEO scheduled COC Readiness-Caravan will be held on September 21–22, 2026, at the Office of the Election Officer, Old Municipal Building, San Vicente, Viga, Catanduanes.

All aspiring candidates for the BSKE 2026 are invited to avail themselves of the following services:
