📢 ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL RESIDENTS OF BARANGAY XII

Good day, Barangay XII residents!
The City of Victorias, through the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO), will conduct a financing forum entitled:

"Rising Strong: Financing MSMEs for Recovery and Growth"

📅 Date: June 4, 2026
🕘 Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📍 Venue: Cultural Center of the City of Victorias

This activity aims to assist Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by providing information on available financing programs and loan opportunities from various financial institutions such as DTI-SBCorp, Land Bank of the Philippines, BPI Banko, Producers Bank, China Bank Savings, and Dungganon Bank.

We encourage interested business owners, entrepreneurs, and aspiring entrepreneurs from Barangay XII to participate in this forum to learn about financing options that can help grow and strengthen their businesses.

Interested participants may coordinate with the Barangay Hall for registration and further details.

BRGY 12 & 13 proudly invite all aspiring volleyball players to join the Inter-Barangay Volleyball Tryouts on May 27, 2026 at the Barangay XIII Covered Court.

🗓️ Schedule:

• VB Boys Tryout: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• VB Girls Tryout: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

✅ Bring the following requirements:

• Any valid Government ID showing:
• Date of Birth (must be under 30 years old)
• Picture
• Address (must be a resident of respective barangay)

Today, the Barangay Child Representatives from different barangays conducted an advocacy campaign against for Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM) together with Ms. Rygiene Demegillo from the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) for the children of Barangay XII.

The activity aimed to raise awareness and educate children on the importance of online safety, protection against abuse, and reporting harmful activities in the community.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Natasha Yvone Demiar, Barangay XII Child Representative, for her active participation and dedication during this meaningful activity.

Thank you as well to the Child Representatives from the different barangays for sharing their knowledge, experiences, and valuable information to the children of Barangay XII. Your efforts and commitment truly helped make this advocacy successful and meaningful.

ANNOUNCEMENT. To ensure a faster, safer, and more seamless distribution, the Mayor’s Office Educational Assistance for the 2nd Semester will be disbursed exclusively through GCash.

All grantees are hereby advised to register their verified GCash accounts to the City's VICitizen Card.

Registration Details:
• Venue: 2nd Floor Lobby, Victorias City Hall
• Time: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Registration will strictly follow the assigned schedule per barangay from May 25, 26, and 28, 2026.

Schedule per Barangay:
• Monday | May 25, 2026 – Barangays I to VIA
• Tuesday | May 26, 2026 – Barangays VII to XIII
• Thursday | May 28, 2026 – Barangays XIV to XXI

PUBLIC ADVISORY. In observance of Eid’l Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), please be informed that work in the Victorias City Hall will be suspended on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

This is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 1264, s. 2026, declaring the said date a regular holiday throughout the country.

Regular operations and services at the City Hall will resume on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Emergency response units and essential service offices will remain on standby to ensure public safety and continuous basic services.
