Under the leadership of Mayor Junb Bantug, Victorias City continues to strengthen its commitment to promoting animal welfare.

The City Veterinary Office will conduct a weekly Libre Kapon every Wednesday to encourage responsible pet ownership and help control the pet population.

To make services more accessible, Field Kapon activities will also be implemented in selected barangays on scheduled dates.

In addition, the city will carry out the Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Release (TNVR) Program in identified areas to ensure the humane management of stray animals.

Together, let us build a safer, healthier, and more compassionate Victorias City for both people and animals.🐱🐶

Bringing veterinary services closer to our farmers!

In the leadership of Mayor Junb Bantug and the supervision of City Veterinarian Dr. Jec Cabuguason, the City Veterinary Office remains committed in providing accessible and quality veterinary services for a stronger agricultural community.

The City Veterinary Office – Livestock Team conducted a Livestock Medical Mission for buffaloes and cattles providing:
✔️ Vitamin Supplementation
✔️ Deworming
✔️ Artificial Insemination
✔️ Pregnancy Diagnosis
✔️ Ear Tagging

This initiative aims to promote animal health, improve livestock productivity, and support the livelihood of our local farmers.

Together, we continue to support healthier livestock and empower our farming community. 💚

Last March 29, 2026, the City Veterinary Office, under the supervision of City Veterinarian Dr. Jec Cabuguason, successfully launched the Wednesday Libre Kapon program.

Through the leadership of Mayor Mayor Junb Bantug, this initiative aims to strengthen public health, promote animal welfare, and encourage responsible pet ownership within the community.
