SK EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM 2021

ATTENTION TO ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS OF BARANGAY VIII ‼️

We will be accepting applications for our SK Educational Assistance Program for college students starting September 27-October 2, 2021.

Qualifications:

✅Must be a college student and officially enrolled in S/Y 2021-2022.
✅Must be a bonafide resident of Barangay VIII, Victorias City.

PLEASE COME WITH COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS AS LISTED BELOW:

✅Must fill up the SK EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE FORM
✅Photocopy of enrolment form/school certification that you have been enrolled
✅Photocopy of School ID (back to back) in the absence of school ID, you can pass any valid ID(photocopy)

Instructions:
1. Upon completion of requirements please put it on a long plastic envelope with your name on it.
2. Submit your requirements to any SK official or to the Barangay Hall.
3. The requirements will be check and incomplete requirements will be deemed not qualified.
