PNP EXTENDS TRANSACTION HOURS FOR ONE-STOP-SHOP FI****MS DOCUMENTATION
In a bid to further clamp down on the proliferation of loose fi****ms, the Fi****ms and Explosives Office (FEO) and Civil Security Group (CSG) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) have announced their unwavering commitment to providing fast, efficient, and exceptional services to the community in line with the national government’s commitment to streamline bureaucratic processes.
FEO, CSG is pleased to inform the public that it will now cater to License to Own and Possess Fi****ms (LTOPF) and firearm registration applications on weekends at the CSG One Stop Shop, located in Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.
Recognizing the diverse needs of its valued stakeholders, FEO, CSG understands the significance of accessibility and convenience. By extending their transaction hours on weekends, FEO, CSG aims to offer an enhanced experience to individuals seeking these vital services.
According to FEO Chief PBGen Paul Kenneth Lucas, effective immediately, the extended time will be as follows:
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
To ensure a smooth and streamlined process for all applicants, it is important to note that the cut-off time for the Neuro-Psychiatric and Drug Testing will be at 2:00 P.M.
FEO, CSG remains resolute in prioritizing the needs of its stakeholders, and this decision to extend office hours on weekends serves as a testament to that commitment. The organization is dedicated to going above and beyond in providing excellent service, ensuring that stakeholders' requirements are met promptly and efficiently.

By extending the transaction hours on weekend, we aim to provide a hassle-free experience for all applicants. PNP Chief Benjamin Acorda Jr. also expressed his support for the initiative, stating, "The PNP fully supports the efforts of FEO, CSG to curb the proliferation of loose fi****ms. By extending office hours, we can better accommodate the needs of the public and ensure that fi****ms applications are handled efficiently and with the utmost professionalism, in compliance with the requirement of RA 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery of Government Services Act", he added.
With these extended hours, the PNP FEO reiterates its dedication to serving the public and upholding public safety by regulating fi****ms ownership and possession. Stakeholders can now avail themselves of these services on Saturdays and Sundays, enabling them to comply with the requirements conveniently and on time.
