📢 NOTICE TO ALL ASPIRING CANDIDATES

The Office of the Election Officer of Valladolid, Negros Occidental, is inviting all aspiring candidates for SK and Barangay positions to attend an orientation in preparation for the 02 November 2026 Barangay and SK Elections (BSKE).
The orientation will focus on the Filing of Certificate of Candidacy (COC), scheduled from September 28 to October 5, 2026, as well as other important matters and guidelines related to the upcoming elections.

⏰ 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
📍 Municipal Social Hall, Valladolid, Negros Occidental

All aspiring candidates are encouraged to attend and be properly guided on the requirements, procedures, and other important reminders for the filing of candidacy.

The Commission on Elections has released the official schedule for voter registration, filing of candidacy, campaign period, and election day for the upcoming Barangay Election 2026 and SK Elections 2026.

🗳️ Voter Registration Deadline: May 18, 2026
📝 Filing of COC: September 28 to October 5, 2026
📣 Campaign Period: October 22 to October 31, 2026
✅ Election Day: November 2, 2026
