Mananatiling bukas ang mga tanggapan ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) ngayong araw, Setyembre 10, 2026, upang patuloy na maihatid ang kinakailangang serbisyo sa publiko.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 135, ang mga tanggapan ng LTO ay magpapatuloy sa kanilang regular na operasyon.

Para sa mga may kinakailangang transaksyon, maaari pa ring magtungo sa pinakamalapit na tanggapan ng LTO. Gayunman, hinihikayat ang publiko na unahin ang kanilang kaligtasan, lalo na sa mga lugar na nakararanas ng malakas na pag-ulan o pagbaha.

Pinapayuhan ang mga kliyente na manatiling updated sa mga opisyal na anunsyo ng LTO para sa anumang pagbabago sa operasyon.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 132, work in government offices and classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be suspended in the National Capital Region and the following provinces at 1:00 p.m. on August 28, 2026, in anticipation of the further enhancement of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) by the Low-Pressure Area (LPA) that entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR):

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be advised that all LTO-NCR offices remains CLOSED to the public on 18 AUGUST 2026, in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 128.

A work-from-home arrangement shall be implemented across government offices in the region due to heavy, continuous rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon.
