📢 Call for Applications: 16th China-ASEAN Youth Campus 2025
The All-China Youth Federation (ACYF), through the National Youth Commission (NYC), is now accepting applications for the 16th China-ASEAN Youth Campus 2025, with the theme "Mutual Learning and Shared Synergy: Youth Together Shaping the Future". During the event, youth delegates will attend the International Youth Dialogue on Mutual Learning Among Civilizations, and the China-ASEAN Workshop on Youth Work. Youth delegates will also participate in thematic discussions focusing on Cultural Heritage and Innovation, Youth Work, etc., along with field visits, exchanges, and cultural experience activities happening on September 16–23, 2025, in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, and Dunhuang City, Gansu Province, China.

✅Qualifications of Youth Delegates:
⦁ Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines;
⦁ 24-40 years old;
⦁ Has a good command of written and spoken English;
⦁ Has a valid passport;
⦁ Must be vaccinated with 1 booster shot;
⦁ Must be able to attend & participate during the program;
⦁ Must be able to attend the Pre-Departure Orientation; and
⦁ Applicants must be affiliated with institutions or organizations engaged in youth affairs, and may include government officials, youth organization leaders, young entrepreneurs, or youth media professionals, with successful projects or conducting research in the fields of Cultural Heritage and Innovation, Cultural Industries, Artificial Intelligence, or other related areas.

- Scanned copy of PSA-issued birth certificate (upload via google forms)

- Updated Curriculum Vitae (upload via google forms)
- Certificate from Employer/ institutions or organizations of youth affairs, government official, youth organization leader, young entrepreneur, or youth media professional, with successful projects or research a Cultural Heritage and Innovation, Cultural Industries, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
Expenses to be shouldered by the ACYF:
⦁ Accommodation and Meals in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province and Dunhuang City, Gansu Province, China.
⦁ Domestic Transportation during the stay in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province and Dunhuang City, Gansu Province, China.
⦁ Delegates will have to bear personal expenses, such as travel insurance, visa application fee, incidentals during hotel stay and mobile data charges.
⦁ Airfare will be shouldered by the official delegate or can request funding from the ACYF. Youth delegates may apply for funding of their round-trip international airfare from their home country's capital city to China. To apply, please complete the Application for International Traveling Expenses section in the Application Form (see Attachment 2). Funding approval will be subject to review by the sponsoring party based on application details.
⦁ Delegates will shoulder their travel expenses from their residence (province) to NAIA and back, as well as their accommodation in Quezon City for the pre-departure orientation in NYC Central Office in Quezon City.
❌ The following are automatically disqualified:
⦁ Participants of NYC-coordinated international programs September 16, 2023 up to the present whose airfare, accommodation, and meals were paid for by the organizer;
⦁ Participants of NYC-coordinated international programs from until September 16, 2024 up to the present whose airfare was shouldered by the participants and whose accommodation and meals were paid for by the organizer;
⦁ Previous NYC International Programs Beneficiaries who have not submitted or accomplished the required post-program obligations or volunteer work hours.
⦁ Incomplete requirements (follow up requirements would not be entertained once passed deadline.)
