Provincial Monthly Convocation
It is always a privilege to be with you in this monthly convocation, where we come together not only to report accomplishments but also to reaffirm our shared direction for the Province of Bukidnon.
Today, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to two vital groups in our provincial government: our Provincial Health Office (PHO) and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP).
To our Provincial Health Office, headed by Dr. Guido Tabios, thank you for your steadfast service to the Province of Bukidnon.
Your work is at the very heart of public service, because it is directly tied to the health, safety, and well-being of our people. You are often on the frontlines and sometimes behind the scenes, but your impact is always visible in the lives you protect and the communities you strengthen.
You are the backbone of our provincial health system. From health services to rural health units, from preventive care programs to medical outreach missions, from disease surveillance to health education, you ensure that our people receive care that is timely, accessible, and compassionate.
Through your dedication, we are able to respond to the daily health needs of our constituents and prepare for larger public health challenges. You do not only treat illness, you help build healthier communities and a more resilient province.
To all our PHO personnel, and health workers, your service strengthens every family in Bukidnon. Without your commitment and compassion, our vision of inclusive and effective healthcare would not be possible.
Continue to uphold excellence. Continue to be a pillar of health for our province. And most importantly, continue to serve with compassion, integrity, and dedication, because your work saves lives and builds hope every day.
To our members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, headed by our Vice Governor Clive D. Quiño, thank you for your leadership, diligence, and service to your respective districts and to the entire province.
Your role as the legislative body is essential in shaping the policies that guide our development programs and public services. You translate the needs of our communities into meaningful legislation, ensuring that governance remains responsive, inclusive, and grounded in the realities of our people.
I would also like to emphasize the importance of unity and teamwork between the legislative and executive branches of our provincial government.
When the SP and the Executive Department work in harmony, built on mutual respect, collaboration, and a shared vision, we move the province forward more efficiently and effectively. Unity allows us to address challenges faster, avoid unnecessary delays, and implement programs that truly benefit our constituents.
Harmony is not just a principle; it is a catalyst. It accelerates progress, strengthens trust, and ensures that Bukidnon continues to grow in a direction that is stable, inclusive, and sustainable.
As we move forward with today’s program and the rest of the year’s initiatives, let us continue to work together with professionalism, respect, and a shared sense of purpose.
Again to our PHO, thank you for protecting and strengthening the health of our people.
To our SP, thank you for shaping the laws that guide our province.
And to everyone here, let us remain committed to one goal: a stronger, healthier, and more progressive Province of Bukidnon.
Thank you very much, good morning and God bless us all!
