𝗨𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗦𝗥𝗛: 𝗞𝗮𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻. 💜
This year’s Girl Child Week 2026 highlights the importance of Adolescent
Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH)—a critical issue that directly
impacts the health, safety, and future of young people.

ASRH equips adolescents with the knowledge, skills, and access to services
they need to make safe, informed, and responsible decisions about their
bodies and relationships. It also plays a key role in preventing early
pregnancy, reducing health risks, and protecting young people from abuse
and exploitation.

In the Philippines, gaps in knowledge and access to services continue to put
adolescents at risk. Studies show that many young people still lack
comprehensive, accurate information on sexual and reproductive health,
limiting their ability to make informed choices.

Investing in ASRH means empowering young people to stay healthy, pursue
their education, and reach their full potential.

The CSWDO - 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 conducted an Adolescent Sexuality and Reproductive Health (𝗔𝗦𝗥𝗛) class on 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at Barangay 𝗗𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗸𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼, 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 with a total of 𝟮𝟮 participants.

In our 𝑨𝑫𝑶𝑳𝑬𝑺𝑪𝑬𝑵𝑻 𝑺𝑬𝑿𝑼𝑨𝑳𝑰𝑻𝒀 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇 (𝐀𝐒𝐑𝐇) 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬, we learned that making responsible decisions
is also a form of freedom.

Because real power is found in the right choices. 💛
