The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), in partnership with the City Government of Valencia, Provincial Government of Bukidnon, Valencia City Price Coordinating Council, Valencia City Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCCI), Valencia National High School (VNHS) and VNHS Alumni Association proudly bring you another community-centered initiative designed to help every Valenciano family prepare for the opening of classes while enjoying affordable and quality products.
