The City Government of Valencia announces the implementation of a flexible work arrangement through Executive Order No. 031, Series of 2026, signed by City Mayor Amie G. Galario, in support of the national government’s energy conservation initiative.

Under this arrangement:
• Onsite Work Days: Monday to Thursday
• Offsite Work Day: Friday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Offices delivering essential and critical public services shall remain fully operational. These include the City Health Office, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Public Safety and Emergency Response Units, Traffic Management and Law Enforcement Units, and other offices requiring continuous operations.

The City Government ensures that public services will continue without interruption under this work arrangement.

Which collaboratively work the same perspective and views. The Department is responsible in the direct administration, Supervision, maintenance and control of all local government unit’s owned/controlled and operated establishment.
