The best way to represent one's philosophy is through their decisions and actions, which ultimately fall under a authentic passion and control to lead, thus it is a perspective of true and good leadership. Change is on the way!

The Filipino word "silab," which means "flame," represented the enthusiasm and burning desire of the aspirant leaders to lead this institution. Despite having different approaches to leadership and beliefs that we each personally aspire to, we have the same objectives; 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙜𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙨 (𝘽𝙪𝙠) 𝙄𝙣𝙘.
