It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that Barangay Lumbo mourns the passing of our beloved former Punong Barangay, Cicero Augustus โ€œManoiโ€ H. Catarata.

Kap Manoi dedicated 26 years of his life to public service in Barangay Lumboโ€”serving for 11 years as Punong Barangay and 15 years as Barangay Kagawad. His long years of service reflect his unwavering commitment, dedication, and genuine love for the Lumboanon community.

His leadership, wisdom, and contributions to our barangay will forever be remembered. He was more than a public servant; he was a father, a mentor, and a respected leader whose legacy will continue to inspire the present and future generations of Barangay Lumbo.

Beyond his years in public office, Kap Manoi will always be remembered for the lessons he shared, the wisdom he imparted, and the countless memories he left with the people whose lives he touched. His passing leaves a void that cannot easily be filled, but his legacy of service and leadership will remain in our hearts.

On behalf of the Barangay Lumbo Council, officials, employees, and the entire Lumboanon community, we extend our deepest and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, relatives, friends, and loved ones.
