Vice Mayor Greizl Galario-Fernandez, as proponent of Proposed Ordinance No. 08-2025 of the 10th Sangguniang Panlungsod, leads the presentation and reading of the provisions of the proposed SOGIESC Ordinance during the Committee Hearing of the Committee of the Whole.

The proposed measure seeks to establish comprehensive programs and policies on S*xual Orientation, Gender Identity, Gender Expression, and S*x Characteristics (SOGIESC), promote the rights and welfare of LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies, and prohibit all forms of discrimination and violence against them within the City of Valencia.
