Bisan pa sa kainit sa adlaw, kalayo sa among adtuan, ug kakapoy sa lawas, padayon gihapon kami sa pagserbisyo aron mahatagan og hustong impormasyon ug suporta ang matag pamilya sa among barangay.

Dili man kanunay makita ang among paningkamot, apan anaa kini sa matag pagbisita sa kabalayan, sa matag tabang sa mga inahan, kabataan, ug pamilya nga nanginahanglan. Ang among misyon mao ang pagpalambo sa kahimtang sa panglawas ug kaayohan sa komunidad pinaagi sa edukasyon, family planning, ug uban pang serbisyo.

📢 ALAMIN: Mga Uri ng Modern Family Planning at Kanilang Gamit 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💙
Bilang bahagi ng ating layunin na magkaroon ng maayos at planadong pamilya, narito ang iba’t ibang modern family planning methods na maaaring pagpilian:
✨ 1. Pills (Oral Contraceptives)
👉 Iniinom araw-araw
👉 Nakakatulong pigilan ang pagbubuntis sa pamamagitan ng pag-regulate ng hormones
✨ 2. Injectables (Depo)
👉 Ini-inject kada 3 buwan
👉 Pinipigilan ang ovulation (paglabas ng itlog ng babae)
✨ 3. Implants
👉 Maliit na rod na inilalagay sa braso
👉 Epektibo hanggang 3–5 taon
✨ 4. IUD (Intrauterine Device)
👉 Inilalagay sa loob ng matres
👉 Pwedeng tumagal ng 5–10 taon depende sa uri
✨ 5. Condom (Male/Female)

Sa karon nga panahon, nakabantay ang atong mga Barangay Service Point Officers sa nagkadaghan nga kaso sa early teenage pregnancy sa atong komunidad. Kini usa ka seryoso nga butang nga kinahanglan natong hatagan og pagtagad ug aksyon.
Ang pagkahimong ginikanan sayo pa kaayo mahimong makahatag og dakong responsibilidad nga dili pa andam atubangon sa atong mga kabatan-onan. Mahimo usab kini makaapekto sa ilang edukasyon, pangandoy, ug kaugmaon.
💡 Importante nga pahinumdom:
✔️ Magmatngon sa mga desisyon
✔️ Pahalagahi ang edukasyon ug kaugmaon
✔️ Likayi ang sayo nga pakigrelasyon nga walay kahibalo ug responsibilidad
✔️ Pangayo og giya gikan sa ginikanan, magtutudlo, ug health workers
Ang barangay nagpadayon sa paghatag og edukasyon, counseling, ug serbisyo sa family planning aron matabangan ang atong kabatan-onan nga makabalo ug makahimo og husto nga desisyon.
🤝 Magtinabangay kita—ginikanan, kabatan-onan, ug komunidad—aron maprotektahan ang atong kabatan-onan ug masiguro ang mas hayag nga kaugmaon para sa tanan.

Through open communication and respectful counseling, we continue to help individuals and couples make informed decisions for a healthier and brighter future for their family.

Family planning is not only about spacing children, but also about promoting the health and well-being of mothers, children, and the entire family.
