Through the generous partnership of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (FFCCCII) and Balangay National High School, under the leadership of Dr. Sol S. Prado, three new classrooms have been brought to lifeโ€”symbols of hope, progress, and a brighter future for learners.

Today, we celebrate their official turn-over in the presence of Hon. Mayor Modesto M. Operania, Dr. Alfonso S. Dangat, Brgy. Capt. Rene De Guzman, and PTA President Mam Jennete Moreno, united under the theme: โ€œHandog na Paaralan, Pag-asa ng Bayan.โ€

The blessing of the classrooms was solemnly presided over by Rev. Fr. Gaudencio G. De Mesa, Jr., OAR, invoking guidance and blessings for all who will learn and grow within these walls.

The Baccalaureate Mass for the Grade 10 and Grade 12 students of Balangay National High School was successfully held on March 27, 2026.

The Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. Gaudencio G. De Mesa, Jr., OAR, who inspired the students with meaningful reflections as they prepare for their upcoming academic milestones.

This solemn event marked a moment of gratitude and spiritual preparation ahead of the Graduation, Moving-Up, and Recognition Ceremony scheduled on March 30, 2026.

With the theme:
โ€œ๐™ƒ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™–๐™™ ๐™‰๐™–๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™‡๐™–๐™๐™–๐™ฉ, ๐™‹๐™–๐™ข๐™–๐™ฎ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™ƒ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™๐™–, ๐˜ผ๐™ ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™—๐™ค ๐™–๐™ฉ ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™จ๐™–๐™œ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™–!โ€, the activity aimed to promote awareness, preparedness, and active community participation in fire safety and prevention.

Adding meaning to the moment, youth officers of the school distributed purple flowersโ€”a graceful tribute to the strength, resilience, and enduring influence of women in our community.

Grade 7 learners participated in the Numeracy Post-Test, while Grade 8 learners took part in the Literacy Post-Test, as part of the divisionโ€™s initiative to assess learnersโ€™ progress and strengthen essential skills in Mathematics and Reading.

BNHS remains committed to supporting programs that enhance learnersโ€™ academic growth and development.
