The Sawat Elementary School successfully conducted its Fire Drill and School Building Inspection on March 18, 2026 at 3:00pm as part of our active participation for the Fire Prevention Month.

This activity aims to enhance awareness and ensure that all members of the school community are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to respond effectively in times of emergencies. The inspection of school facilities further guarantees that learning spaces remain safe, secure, and conducive to quality education.

DepEd Tayo Sawat ES 101692 headed by Dr. Rico Z. Idos, Head Teacher III, remains committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and disaster risk reduction in support of the Department of Education’s goal of providing a child-friendly and hazard-resilient learning environment for all.

The school would like to extend its warmest gratitude to the Bureau of Fire Protection Urbiztondo for a very comprehensive discussion that equipped us with the necessary knowledge and skills to respond effectively in case of emergencies especially in case of fire.

The Grand Parade of Floats of the reigning beauties and royalties for Mr. and Miss SAWAT ES 2026 filled the streets with color, creativity, and excitement! They proudly showcased their beautiful floats and school spirit.

On behalf of SAWAT ES Faculty and Staff, headed by Dr. Rico Z. Idos, HT-III, thank you to everyone who came and supported the parade. Special thanks to our ever supportive Barangay Officials led by P/B Fernando Tapiador and CVOs who assisted in our grand parade. A warm gratitude is also extended to Balangay NHS Drum and Lyre Corps led by Madam Mylene De Guzman, MT-III of BNHS, under the supervision of Dr. Sol Prado, school head of BNHS, who made our parade more energetic and lively.
