Tonton Elementary School successfully conducted its 2-day School In-Service Training on September 10–11, 2026, with the theme: “Empowering Educators: Teaching with a Purpose, Leading with a Heart.”
The training brought teachers together to learn, share experiences, and reflect on how they can better support the needs and development of their learners. The sessions provided meaningful insights and practical strategies that can be applied in the classroom and in daily school activities. Teachers actively participated in the discussions, activities, and sharing of ideas throughout the two-day training. The experience also strengthened teamwork and reminded everyone of the importance of teaching with commitment, compassion, and purpose. Overall, the training was a meaningful and productive learning experience that inspired the teachers of Tonton Elementary School to continue growing as educators and leaders.
