PRODUCTIVE DAY AT THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN!👏

Today, the Sangguniang Barangay of Don Justo Abalos attended the Sangguniang Bayan hearing with two significant developments:

✅ APPROVED: The proposal to realign the PHP 100,000.00 Cultural Representation Fund to MOOE was approved by the Sangguniang Bayan to better support the barangay's operational needs.

✅ 1ST READING COMPLETED: The first reading was conducted for the proposed ordinance titled "An Ordinance Mandating a Uniform Daily Wage for Agricultural Laborers (agsiksikka, agraraep, and agburas) and Providing Penalties for Non-Compliance within the Jurisdiction of Brgy. Don Justo Abalos, Umingan, Pangasinan."

Work is currently in progress for the Installation of Steel Canal Covers under our CY 2026 infrastructure plan.

This project aims to improve public safety, prevent accidents, and ensure better maintenance of our local drainage system. We appreciate your patience as we work toward a safer and cleaner environment for every member of our community.

We are pleased to announce that the installation of 4 CCTV cameras in Purok 1 / Sitio Imus is now complete. This project was a direct response to the request made during our last Assembly Meeting and is part of our ongoing effort to ensure a safer environment for everyone.

Inihahandog ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Umingan ang Libreng Tuli at YAKAP. Para po maging maayos ang ating aktibidad, magkakaroon po tayo ng Pre-registration.

✅ SUCCESSFUL CONDUCT OF BARANGAY ASSEMBLY (1ST SEMESTER, CY 2026)

Today, we successfully held our Barangay Assembly with the theme: “Nagkakaisang Barangay Tungo sa Kalinisan, Kapayapaan, at Kaunlaran.” It was a productive day of transparency, community engagement, and planning for a better future for our constituents.
