A significant milestone has been achieved in advancing technical education and skills development in our municipality!

The Ubay Community College (UCC) has officially received the Certificate of TVET Program Registration (CTPR) from TESDA for Heavy Equipment Operation (Hydraulic Excavator) NC II, opening new opportunities for Ubayanons to acquire TESDA-recognized skills and qualifications that can lead to better employment prospects both locally and abroad.

PESO Ubay extends its sincere appreciation to the Local Government Unit of Ubay, headed by Hon. Constantino H. Reyes, together with the Sangguniang Bayan Members, headed by Vice Mayor Hon. Kim Geronimo Fuentes, for their unwavering support in promoting quality education, skills training, and workforce development in the municipality.

We also commend Ms. Eva Enoc, TVET Head of Ubay Community College, for her dedication and hard work in making this achievement possible, further strengthening UCC's commitment to providing relevant and industry-responsive training programs.
