The Department of the Interior and Local Government – Tuy warmly congratulates the Municipality of Tuy for garnering the 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 rating in the 2026 Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) Functionality Assessment covering CY 2025 for Batangas Province.

This remarkable achievement reflects the Municipality’s unwavering commitment to promoting and protecting the rights and welfare of children through responsive governance, strengthened collaboration, and effective implementation of child-friendly programs and initiatives.

Pinapaalalahanan po ang lahat ng may pag aaring di-natitinag (Real Properties) na hindi nababayaran.

May pagkakataon pa kayong mag-avail ng Real Property Tax Amnesty! Walang multa at interes hanggang Hulyo 4, 2024.

Deadline para sa amnesty ay Hulyo 3, 2026. Huwag palampasin!

Samantalahin na po natin ang pagkakataong ito.

Hanggang JULY 3, 2026 na lang po ang TAX AMNESTY📣📣📣

Para po dun sa may mga pag-aari ng lupa, bahay o building/ machineries na hindi nababayaran ang amilyar, pwede pa rin pong mag-avail ng REAL PROPERTY TAX AMNESTY.

Waived po ang penalties hanggang July 5, 2024.

PERIOD OF AVAILMENT AY HANGGANG JULY 5, 2026 NA LAMANG. Samantalahin nyo na po. Magtungo lang po sa aming opisina, mag-message o magtext sa mga numero sa baba para sa detalye.

🔊🔊🔊Hanggang July 5, 2026 na lang po ang TAX Amnesty.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

This is to inform the public that the Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Provincial Treasurer's Office (PTO), is implementing the REAL PROPERTY TAX AMNESTY, in pursuant to Section 30 of Republic Act No. 12001 or the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).

As provided, the real property tax amnesty shall cover penalties, surcharges, and interests from all unpaid real property taxes, including Special Education Fund, idle land tax, and other special levy taxes.

This is also being implemented in various local government units in Batangas through their Municipal Treasurer's Office (MTO).

PERIOD OF AVAILMENT IS UNTIL JULY 5, 2026.
